Our company provides biohazard waste, pharmaceutical waste, hazardous waste, chemo trace waste and sharps waste disposal services. We also provide document shredding services, both onsite and offsite capabilities. (E.g., regulated medical waste, sharps, pharmaceuticals, chemotherapy, paper shredding.)

In which states or regions do you provide service?

We provide services across the entire State of Florida and throughout the United States of America via our extensive network.

Do you offer service bundles?

Yes we do provide bundle services for the various waste stream disposal services that we service.

Can I change my service plan or pickup frequency if our needs evolve?

We provide you with the ability to modify your plan as your business requirements evolve and become more complex. (Same-day adjustments, scaling up/down, etc.)

Scheduling & Logistics

How often can pickups be scheduled?

Services are typically provided daily, various times per week, bi-weekly, every four weeks or on demand. (Weekly, biweekly, monthly, custom.)

What if I need an extra pickup outside my regular schedule?

We have the ability and resources to address any service requirements fluctuations.

What size of containers or boxes do you provide?

We offer a vast array of both reusable and non-reusable containers that will meet regulatory requirements. (Small to large, etc.)

Who manages the process ?

Our Company manages the entire cradle to grave process, transportation, storage, waste processing and landfill disposal.

How long until our first pickup once we sign up?

We can provide services within 48 hours of entering an agreement with our Company.

Waste Process & Disposal

What happens to the waste after pickup?

We provide treatment via an industrial autoclave located at our premises. (How it's treated, destroyed, and disposed of.)

Do you provide proof of destruction or manifest documentation?

We provide both a service manifest once we conduct the transfer / transportation services and upon receipt at our treatment facility.

Paper / Data Shredding

Do you offer secure document shredding destruction?

We offer both onsite and offsite document shredding destruction services.

How do you ensure HIPAA or other data-privacy compliance during shredding?

We ensure compliance by utilizing the highest document destruction standards in the industry

Do you provide certificates of destruction for shredded documents or destroyed media?

We provide certificates of destruction when services are rendered and completed.

Pricing & Billing

How is your pricing determined?

Pricing is determined based on the scope of services required by our clients, those include service frequency and containers required.

Do you offer electronic invoicing or autopay options?

We provide multiple payment alternatives including ACH, Credit Card, Wire Transfer and Traditional Payment Options.

Is there a contract, and what are the terms?

We require service agreements to provide services, terms and conditions will vary based on several variables.

Compliance, Training & Liability

Do you offer training or compliance support?

We provide a wide array of training support and modules including but not limited to OSHA, HIPPA, Bloodborne Pathogens to name a few. (OSHA, HIPAA, bloodborne pathogens, etc.)

Who is legally responsible for the waste before and after pickup?

The generator is responsible for the waste generated, that is why it is very important to select the correct company to provide services.

What types of insurance coverage do you carry?

We carry the necessary insurance to support the services that we provide including but not limited to general liability, transportation, workers compensation liability, environmental and professional liability insurance coverage.

Switching & Onboarding

We’re currently under contract with another vendor — how can we switch?

We can assist you developing a strategy that will provide you with the necessary support to make the switch to our Company and therefore proving significant overall value.

Is a site assessment or compliance survey required before service begins?

We can provide a site assessment free of charge to determine the best course of action moving forward based on your internal business and regulatory requirements.
